A GLOBAL STORY
Club GLOBALS was initially conceived as an expat network, inspired by Mario Paladini’s personal journey of living and working abroad. As someone who moved from Argentina to the USA, and later to Germany, Mario experienced firsthand the challenges that internationals face when relocating to a new country. Navigating unfamiliar cultures, building a network from scratch, and finding a sense of belonging in a foreign environment were all difficulties he knew well.
However, Mario’s background wasn’t just rooted in his experiences as an expat; it was also deeply influenced by his professional journey in the tech industry. Having worked at leading tech companies like Oracle, Mario developed a keen understanding of how technology was transforming industries and reshaping the world. He saw the immense potential of technology not only to drive business success but also to connect people across borders and create new opportunities for collaboration.
Combining his experience in the tech sector with his vision of how technology would shape the future, Mario founded Club GLOBALS in 2012. What began as a network to support expats quickly evolved into something much larger—a Growth Acceleration Club designed to empower tech leaders and entrepreneurs. Mario recognized that the same tools and strategies that helped businesses succeed in a globalized world could also be used to help individuals navigate the complexities of international living and business.
