Club GLOBALS has been organizing networking events around the world for over 10 years, having done so in cities such as Dubai, San Francisco, New York, Berlin, and of course, Barcelona and throughout the years has built an international online sales community with over 44.000 active members.

The 2022 DLD Conference

Founded in 2005 as an intimate gathering of friends, the DLD (Digital – Life – Design) Conference has developed into Europe’s leading innovation conference for visionaries from around the globe, and Club GLOBALS is happy to take part as a community and media partner.

Co-chairs Steffi Czerny and Yossi Vardi have created an interdisciplinary and internationally connected platform for people eager to change the world in the digital era.

Connecting the unexpected, presenting insights from business and politics, science and art DLD aims to spark conversations that cross boundaries and bring participants together in a common search for answers to the most challenging questions that arise through digital change.

Tech Spirit Barcelona

Tech Spirit is an inclusive and transversal movement that was born spontaneously in 2020 after the cancellation of 4YFN and the Mobile World Congress (MWC) due to the pandemic.

To try to accommodate the buzzing energy in the city in a key week for the digital and technological entrepreneurial ecosystem Barcelona Tech City with the support of the Barcelona City Council, Generalitat de Catalunya and the Government of Spain, among others, organized an event that lasted 3 days.

The first Tech Spirit was held from February 25-27, 2020, with more than 108 events across Barcelona in which some 5,000 people participated.

Although it’s a convention that is 2 years young, Tech Spirit has already become a staple of the entrepeneurial and tech ecosystem of the city, giving local players a global reach which is why Club GLOBALS is a proud media partner

SmartRecruiters’ latest Hiring Success conference, the first European edition, happened on days 20-21of September, at Glashaus by the Spree river, one of the coolest spots in Berlin. During the 2-days-event, more than 200 attendees had the chance to connect, learn the last trends on the HR world and enjoy the last days of summer breeze before Autumn kicks in.

The slogan “You are who you hire” could not have fit better. Among the sessions in 3 different stages, a lot was spoken on how to find the best talents to supply the high demand in the tech industry. Another essential topic covered was how technology has changed how companies work, specifically in the Human Resources field. The keynote speakers shared some of the most innovative recruiting campaigns ever put together, and led an interactive workshop challenging left-brain functions to raise the bar on workplace creativity.

Still in the HR innovative solutions topic, Mario Paladini represented AiRelo in the Battle of the Bots, along with founders of Irish Recruiter, Jobpal and XORBOT. Artificial Intelligence is definitely a hot topic to save time & resources in the present and future HR processes.

“Sport meets Business – Creating sustainable success” is the theme of this multi-stakeholder platform to take place for the first time at the stadium grounds of the Bundesliga club in the German capital on 24th September 2015

Sport has an immense role in our society today. In the shortest time it can overcome cultural boundaries, nations and faiths, bringing people together based on common values and trigger big emotions. More recently, the sport and, above all, the football have become increasingly economically important. Therefore it is particularly important that structures, organizational culture and values be equal not only to the current challenges on the grass and on the echelons, but also have to take into account the function of the Sports as a focal point of social relations.

The aim is to preserve the own potentials and specific nature of sport for the benefit of society and future generations. The stadium and the sporting competition can thereby become a place of learning – for the club member, the sports fan and for the active athlete, but also for the spectator who actually wants to be entertained. Such and this means sporty kind of practiced freedom illustrates that its use is controlled by common rules obtained.

On this subject, on September 24, 2015 the World Forum for Ethics in Business together with the 1.FC Union Berlin eV arranges for the first time the “Ethics in Sport Symposium Berlin”. The conference with the topic “Sport meets Business – Create sustainable success” is taking place on September, 24 2015 from 16:00 o’clock – 21.00 o’clock in the stadium at the old forester in Berlin-Köpenick.
